• Powertrain And Performance

  There are two different powertrain options available in the Bajaj Maxima C – a 236.2cc petrol-CNG powertrain, which develops 7.1 kW of maximum power and 16.2 Nm of maximum torque and a 470.5cc diesel engine, which churns out 6.24 kW of maximum power and 24 Nm of maximum torque. With a gross vehicle weight of 986 kg for the petrol-CNG version and 965 kg for the diesel version, the Bajaj Maxima C claims a good payload capacity of 556 kg for the petrol-CNG version and 535 kg for the diesel version.

The Maxima C has a single-passenger cabin for the driver while having a deck at the back for loading purposes. The front profile of the Bajaj Auto Rickshaw is divided into two halves – while the upper half has a curved windscreen and turn indicators below its lower corners, the lower half has a Y-shaped black panel comprising two rounded halogen headlamps in its upper corners.
