  The Bajaj Maxima X Wide is available in three powertrain options – CNG, LPG and diesel. The CNG and LPG versions come with the same petrol-based single-cylinder 236.2cc engine, which produces 9 hp of power and 16.2 Nm of torque in the CNG mode and 10 hp of power and 17.5 Nm of torque in the LPG mode. The diesel engine here is a single-cylinder 470.5cc engine, which churns out a maximum power of 8 hp and a maximum torque output of 22.7 Nm. All the versions come standard with a 4-speed manual gearbox.
