Omega Seiki Mobility and Exponent Energy launches "Stream City Qik" at INR 3.25 Lakh With 15-minute Charging

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has partnered up with Exponent Energy to introduce the OSM Stream City Qik, the world's quickest-charging passenger transporting electric three-wheeler (E3W), priced at INR 324,999 (ex-showroom). The OSM Stream City Qik, equipped with Exponent's innovative 8.8 kWh battery pack, can achieve a full charge in 15 minutes, a pioneering feature in the off-highway vehicle segment. This rapid charging capability is poised to drastically reduce downtime between trips, enabling drivers to maximise their on-road presence and, consequently, their earnings. With Exponent's network set to expand across major Indian cities, this initiative marks a critical step towards a more robust EV infrastructure in the country.

Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of OSM, emphasised the vehicle's role in economic empowerment, stating, 'The OSM Stream City Qik is more than a vehicle; it's an enabler of economic prosperity for drivers.' The E3W's impressive city drive range of 126 kilometres per charge and the industry-leading warranty of 200,000 km or 5 years offer drivers a reliable and cost-effective solution, addressing common concerns around EV adoption such as range anxiety and ownership costs.
