The Bajaj Compact RE is available in a choice of four single-cylinder, oil-cooled, engine options. First is the 470.5 cc diesel engine, which produces 8.37 hp of maximum power. The 236.2cc petrol engine is available in three versions – pure petrol, CNG and LPG.
