Shaktimaan E-Rickshaw Loader

The Shaktimaan Loader is powered by a 2 HP Brushless DC (BLDC) motor, delivering decent performance for city cargo needs. With a top speed of 25 km/h and a range of 100-120 km per charge, it is an efficient electric three-wheeler. The automatic transmission ensures smooth operation, though its 7% gradeability limits performance on steep inclines. Charging takes around 6 hours, which is standard for its segment.
 

With an overall length of 2,780 mm and a wheelbase of 1,800 mm, the Shaktimaan Loader is compact yet spacious enough for urban logistics. A payload capacity of 1,000 kg makes it competitive in its category, while its 540 kg Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) ensures stability. The ground clearance of 170 mm allows smooth navigation over uneven roads. However, its single-seat cabin may limit comfort for long hours of work.
 

The Shaktimaan Loader features drum brakes, providing adequate stopping power for city driving. Its front hydraulic shock absorbers (43mm) and rear leaf spring suspension ensure a reasonably smooth ride under heavy loads. However, the lack of advanced braking features like ABS or hill-hold may affect safety on slopes or rough roads. The parking brake is a useful addition for stationary stability.
 

The Loader has a simple, practical cabin design with a handlebar steering system. While it offers basic driver information displays, it lacks comfort features like armrests, adjustable seats, or air conditioning. The exterior is sturdy with a deck body, making it durable for cargo transport. However, the absence of tubeless tires and modern features limits its appeal.
