Leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), announces the launch of its upgraded Light Commercial Vehicle- the Super Carry. What’s different? Well, it now equips the in-house built 1.2L Advanced K-Series Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine which can churn out the superior performance required by operators and owners. 

Precisely speaking, the new Maruti Suzuki Super Carry (petrol) comes powered by a 4-cylinder engine that now has the capacity to generate an improved performance of 59.4 kW (80.7PS) at exactly 6000 rpm and 104.4 Nm of peak torque at 2900 rpm. 

The brand also claims that the new engine is mated to an upgraded five-speed manual transmission in order to improve the gradeability necessary to help customers drive up steeper gradients better than before.

Further, with the launch of the New Super Carry, Maruti Suzuki has also introduced a new CNG Cab Chassis variant. The mini-truck is also available in CNG Deck, Gasoline Deck and Gasoline Cab Chassis variants.
