The Tata T.7 Ultra comes equipped with a 2956cc 4SPCR BS6 engine which is engineered and tuned to offer 100 kW at precisely 2800 rpm and 300 Nm of peak torque at around 1200 - 2200 rpm. The engine of this truck is mated to a G400, 5 Speed, Manual Synchromesh Gearbox (5F, 1R) for maximum power delivery and performance. The engine and transmission are linked to each other by a single plate dry friction type- 280 mm dia clutch. 

2. Suspension and Brakes: 

The T.7 Ultra comes fitted with Parabolic leaf springs with Hydraulic Double acting Shock Absorbers in the front end while the rear is equipped with semi-elliptical leaf springs with Hydraulic Double acting Shock Absorbers.
