The Pro 2049 CNG comes powered by an E483-NA, 4-cylinder, 2 valve CNG-BSVI Engine that has the capacity to present 70 kW of maximum power at 3100rpm and 245Nm of peak torque at around 1600rpm. The engine is mated to a smooth and efficient Eicher 3M5D, 5-speed gearbox. 

As for its braking system, it gets all-wheel Hydraulic disc brakes for better stopping power. In terms of suspension duty, the Pro 2049 CNG comes fitted with parabolic suspension. 

2. Dimensions and capacity: 

The vehicle comes with cargo body dimensions rated 3177mm in length, and 1873mm in width. The truck has a wheelbase of 2580mm and a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 4995kg while the ground clearance is 160mm. Further, the vehicle has a fuel tank capacity of 180 litres and gradeability of 31 per cent.

3. Features and Gizmos:

In terms of features, the CNG truck gets an Intelligent Driver Information System 2.0 with fuel coaching and a gear shift advisor for getting better fuel efficiency. It also comes with a music system, 4-stage high-speed blower, 4-tonne hydraulic jack,  bottle holder and a mobile holder among others.  Furthermore, the truck gets anti-roll bars in the front and rear for higher stability, boundary-protected DRL headlamps, and a dual-panel cabin.
