The Pro 2059 CNG truck from Eicher comes equipped with a highly reliable and performance-focused, tested and proven CNG powertrain. It comes powered by an E483-NA model BS6-compliant CNG engine which has the ability to churn out 70 kW (95 HP) of maximum power at 3100 rpm and 245 Nm of peak torque at around 1600 rpm. 

This highly efficient yet powerful CNG engine is mated to a slick and efficiently shiftable 5-Speed Transmission with a hybrid gear shift lever for better driveability. Further, the engine and gearbox are linked to each other by a 275 mm Dia clutch setup for better power delivery. 

2. Brakes and Suspension:
