  The source of power for the Tata Intra V10 is a compact and frugal 0.8-liter two-cylinder diesel engine, which is currently one of the smallest diesel engines for a commercial vehicle sold in the country. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox and pumps out 44 PS of maximum power output and 110 Nm of maximum torque output.

The wide-looking grille covering the lower part of the front profile has a thick slab of chrome garnish at the top of it. Additional mesh is present in the middle of the front bumper.
