The Alfa Plus gets a pair of rounded headlamps on either side, which are encased in a blacked-out housing along with large clear lens turn indicators on the outer corners. The front fender of the single wheel of the Alfa Plus at the front is finished in black plastic, which also has a black plastic panel featuring the Mahindra logo in the middle. The cabin of the Alfa Plus looks basic with a handlebar for steering the vehicle.
