Quick Look: The 4 New JK Tyre Off-the-Road Tyres In 2022

JK Tyre recently launched "4 New Off-the-Road Tyres" to facilitate unmatched performance delivery. Read on for details:

Renowned commercial tyre manufacturer, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd is known for offering advanced commercial vehicle tyres with rigid body construction to increase the overall performance of vehicles and improve mileage. Recently, the company launched 4 new such offerings in their Off-the-Road Tyre Segment to facilitate unmatched performance delivery in any given terrain conditions. 

The brand JK Tyre is known for introducing several high-performance and technological products that are best suited for Indian conditions, however, to take it a notch higher, the brand recently introduced, four new products namely: 45/65-45 58PR VEM 63 L5 TL, 14.00-24 GTL CHAMP 16 PR G3 TT, 12.00-24 HARD ROCK CHAMPION 20PR E4 TT and 16.00-25 VEM 045 44PR E3 TT. 

To begin with, the 45/65-45 58PR VEM 63 L5 tyre is a premium heavy-duty product designed for wheel loaders that provides an extra load-carrying capacity along with excellent casing reliability to enhance overall vehicular performance. Meanwhile, their 14.00-24 GTL CHAMP 16 PR is designed to provide high traction, mileage and durability in harsh operating conditions. It is meant to be used on Motor Graders and Telehandlers.

Moving on to their recently launched 12.00-24 HARD ROCK CHAMPION 20PR E4, it is a high tread depth tyre that provides excellent protection and traction for mining tipper trucks. Further,  the 16.00-25 VEM 045 44PR E3 TT has been designed to meet the increased load per tyre demands of new-age mining tippers.

Back when these tyres were launched at South Asia’s largest construction equipment event Excon 2021 in Bangalore, Mr. VK Misra, Technical Director, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. had spoken about these tyres. He said that JK Tyre was excited to showcase the most cutting-edge technical breakthroughs at Excon 2021. Their new premium OTR tyre collection is created with advanced technology and is particularly designed to deliver increased mileage and exceptional traction in the most demanding of situations.

He further added that the new tyres feature a longer tread life and wear and cut-resistant tread compounds to provide extended service life, in addition to being tailored to offer superior stability. With the launch of these four tyres, the aim of the company was to deliver improved performance with enhanced design characteristics.
