1. Engine and Performance:

The Super Carry comes equipped with a Multi Point Fuel Injection G12B BS6 engine which has the capacity to produce 48kW of maximum power at 6000rpm and 85Nm of peak torque at 3000rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission linked to a Single Plate Dry Friction clutch that is slick and efficient.

As for its suspension, it gets MacPherson Strut with Coil Spring at the front while the rear houses leaf spring with a rigid axle. In terms of performance, the Super Carry can clock speeds of up to 80kmph and has a gradeability of 21 per cent. Further, the vehicle gets ventilated disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear for optimum braking performance. 

2. Dimensions:

The vehicle is rated 3800mm in length, 1562mm in width and 1883mm in height. Furthermore, it has a wheelbase of 2110mm, a deck length of 2183mm, a deck width of 1488mm and a deck height of 300mm. Apart from these, it also has a turning radius of 4.3m for better manoeuvrability.

3. Features and tech:

The Super Carry comes with tailgate chains, 2-speed front wipers, co-driver ORVM, spare tyre, rope hooks, and front and side body graphics. Other than these, the vehicle gets door pockets, an Instrument panel upper tray, floor carpet, a 3-spoke steering wheel and a sliding back window.

4. Pricing:

The Maruti Suzuki Super Carry comes at a price of Rs.4.73 Lakh for the petrol variant while the CNG variant comes at Rs.5.93 Lakh. (Prices indicated are ex-showroom and are subject to change.)
