The Tata Signa 4225.T is a BS6-compliant truck that comes powered by a powerful yet reliable powertrain for heavy-duty operations. It comes powered by a Cummins ISBe 6.7L BS6-compliant diesel engine which has the ability to generate 186 kW of peak power at 2300 rpm and 950 Nm of maximum torque at around 1000 - 1800 rpm.
This powerful, efficient and reliable diesel engine of the Signa 4225.T is mated to a brand’s very own TATA G950 6F + 1R Manual Synchromesh Transmission for higher power delivery and fuel economy. Further, the engine and gearbox of the truck are linked to each other by a 395 mm Dia Push type Single Plate Dry Friction Organic Lining integrated clutch system.
The Tata Signa 4225.T comes equipped with a heavy-duty air braking system for maximum braking performance, stoppage ability even with heavy loads onboard and lower brake component wear.
